What shipping costs

Nothing extra. EU shipping included in the €299 price, to every EU country. No VAT is added. There is no handling fee, no customs charge within the EU, and no surprise at the end.

Outside the EU: TODO_NON_EU_SHIPPING

When it arrives

• 4 weeks to build. Stands are made in limited monthly batches of around ten. Your 4-week lead time runs from the start of your batch, and we tell you which batch you are in when we confirm your place.
• Then transit. Dispatched with TODO_CARRIER, typically TODO_TRANSIT_TIME within the EU. You get a tracking number when the parcel leaves the workshop.

How it is packed

The stand travels in protective packaging built around its shape, because a solid walnut object is heavy enough to damage itself in a loose box. Keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the stand — you will need it if you decide to send it back.

If it arrives damaged

Email TODO_EMAIL with photographs of both the outer packaging and the stand within a few days of delivery. Photographs of the packaging matter, because that is what settles it with the carrier.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance in the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive the stand to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. FormaStand One is a standard product rather than one made to your personal specification, so this right applies in full.

How to withdraw

• Tell us within 14 days — an email to TODO_EMAIL saying you are withdrawing is enough. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
• Send the stand back within 14 days of telling us, in a condition that let us establish its nature and properties — in other words, handled the way you would handle it in a shop.
• Who pays return shipping: TODO_RETURN_SHIPPING
• We refund everything you paid, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the stand back or of your proof of return, whichever comes first, using the same payment method you used.

If something is wrong with the stand

Separately from the right of withdrawal, the 2-year statutory conformity guarantee applies to every stand. If a defect appears in the timber or the joinery, write to us — the details are in the terms of sale.
