Who is responsible

TODO_OWNER_NAME, trading as FormaStand, TODO_STREET_AND_NUMBER, TODO_POSTAL_CODE TODO_CITY, Hungary, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about this notice, or about the data held on you, go to TODO_EMAIL.

What is collected

Your email address, when you submit it through the reservation form on this site. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is stored — no name, no postal address, no payment details. Payment and delivery details are only collected later, if and when you decide to place an actual order, and are handled by the payment provider at that point.

Anonymous usage statistics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not identify individual visitors.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer you and hold your place in a batch — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To let you know when a batch opens — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to the address above.
• To understand how the site is used — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works, served by analytics that cannot identify you.

Your address is not used for a newsletter, is not sold, and is not passed to anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

• Formspree(Formspree, Inc., United States) receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) hosts this site and provides the anonymous analytics described above.
• Our email provider, in order to reply to you.

No one else. Your data is not disclosed to third parties except where we are required to by law.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

How long it is kept

Reservation emails are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. If you go on to place an order, the order records are kept for as long as Hungarian accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data held on you, its correction, its erasure, or the restriction of its use; you can object to processing based on legitimate interest; and you can ask for your data in a portable form. Write to TODO_EMAIL and you will get an answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you can complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), at naih.hu, or to the authority in your own EU country.
