VAT
FormaStand is a Hungarian small business under the VAT exemption scheme (alanyi adómentesség). No VAT is charged or added to the price, and invoices are issued without VAT.
This is why the price is shown as a final price rather than “including VAT”: €299 is the total amount you pay, with eu shipping included.
Getting in touch
Email is the fastest way to reach the workshop, and it is where questions about an order, a guitar that might not fit, or a delivery are answered: TODO_EMAIL. FormaStand is a one-person workshop, so replies come within one working day rather than instantly.
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are settled by email. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

TODO_OWNER_NAME is responsible for the content of this site. Product photography shows actual FormaStand stands; because each one is made from solid timber, the grain and colour of the stand you receive will differ slightly from the photographs.
